VDI Total Care

We become an extension of your business, giving you an IT department at a fraction of the cost, with a turn-key support system to make sure your phone system, cell phone, exchange, servers, websites, printers, and backups are working properly and are quickly restored to full functionality when incidents occur.

Partner hosting services

  • Co-Location VDI provides offsite locations to house a redundant copy of your network on a different power system, which has its own backup, in case of a natural disaster.
    If needed, we can host full MDF/IDF network, remote site/VDN, backup infrastructure, and mission critical application equipment.
  • Exchange We provide a redundant Exchange solution with a proven track record of continuity, managed by a team that knows current Exchange best practices and can transfer back to your onsite solution as soon as it is ready to function. We are also familiar with cell phone platforms and can integrate them with your Exchange servers.
  • Backup We provide backup solutions with a proven track record, using archiving processes designed to fulfill requirements of best practice boards such as HIPPA and made user-friendly for onsite recovery.
