Job Title: Network Administrator – IT Manager – Microsoft Support Person
Ideal candidate will have experience providing the following services:
- IT Consulting
 - Network Infrastructure Design & Implementation
 - Network Infrastructure Support, Administration, & Management
 - IT Project Management (Including Implementation, Tracking & Support)
 - Helpdesk Support
 - Managed Services
 - VoIP Infrastructure & Design
 
Required Technical Skills:
- Extensive Experience providing Help Desk, Onsite, & Remote IT Support
 - Excellent understanding of and experience with Microsoft Servers; Exchange Server & Active Directory
 - MS Server Experience includes Installation, Design, Application Implementation & Customization
 - Experience setting up Multi site Active Directory and Group Policy
 - Experience with Terminal Servers and Terminal Server environment
 - Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server, SharePoint 2003 & 2007, & WSUS Server
 - Experience with Microsoft XP & Vista
 - Experience with Symantec Backup Exec & Symantec Endpoint Protection
 - Experience with VPN, VLANs, Routing, & Firewalls
 - Experience with IT Project Management Including Tracking, Completing & Maintaining
 - Experience with IT Outsourcing
 - Experience Installing Backup Systems including; management, tracking & reporting
 
Personality and Interpersonal Skills:
Must have excellent communication skills verbally and written
Attention to detail is a must
Strong interest in technology and the latest trends
Persistent with a strong desire to complete projects
Certifications:
MCSE preferred with a Minimum of MCP
Additional Certifications also considered
Required Experience:
2-5 years of experience installing and supporting Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, & Active Directory.
